Pollie Pedal For 20 years, Pollie Pedal has raised money for various charities whilst giving smaller Australian Communities the opportunity to meet members of parliament. To date, over $6,000,000 has been raised for good causes such as: Carers Australia, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, Ronald McDonald House, Youth Insearch and the Pahralympic Games, as well as supporting medical research into childhood leukemia, diabetes, breast cancer and prostate cancer. In 2018, Pollie Pedal raised over $460 000 for Soldier On Australia (as the national charity) and over $50 000 for Streetwork (as my local charity). Soldier On Australia and Streetwork have agreed to remain the national and local beneficiaries for 2019.
